Every time you ask her for an opinion and Alma answers. To answer she reads the contact's memory, searches your history and writes the reply, and that is what costs. Opening the profile, the timeline or the commitments, and searching your messages, costs nothing. The quota resets every Monday, not at the end of the month.
On Free and Plus, Alma waits until Monday and tells you when your quota comes back. On Pro and Empresa there is no wall: past the cap she keeps answering with a lighter model. What degrades is the cost of the answer, never the access.
On Pro and Empresa you connect your MemoryFirst and your TubExperto with your own key, and Alma quotes them when the conversation calls for it: what you know about your work makes it into the advice. TubExperto runs on your own credits, so it has a monthly cap of 100 queries; MemoryFirst has no cap. Only your question and the note you wrote about the contact travel to the other product. The contact's messages never leave Memchats.
On Pro and Empresa you attach an audio file to a contact, AudioMap transcribes it telling apart who speaks, and Alma reads it like any other message. 3,600 minutes a month are included.
Never. Your data lives on servers in the European Union, no model is trained on it and nothing a contact wrote to you is public anywhere. Not even with Connections switched on: only your question travels to the other product, never the contact's messages.
