2. Purpose

Memchats is a service that imports your messaging chats, builds a memory per contact and lets you consult Alma, an AI counsellor, about that content. It has a dating edition, FlirtMaster, from the same owner. Use of the service is governed by the terms; the processing of your data and cookies, by the privacy policy.

3. Terms of use of the site

Access to the site is free, although using the service requires creating an account and accepting the terms. You agree to use the site lawfully, in good faith and in line with this legal notice, and not to use it for unlawful activities, to harm the systems of Memchats or of third parties, or to introduce or spread malicious code.

4. Intellectual and industrial property

The software, design, texts, logos and the Memchats and FlirtMaster brands belong to CODELABS STUDIO, S.L. or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. They may not be reproduced, distributed, publicly communicated or transformed without prior written authorisation, except for personal use of the site. The chats and data you import do not become ours: you can export and delete them at any time, as explained in the terms.

5. Liability

CODELABS STUDIO, S.L. strives to keep the information on the site accurate and up to date and the service available, but cannot guarantee it at all times. Alma's answers are generated by an artificial intelligence system and are for guidance only. We are not liable for damage caused by interruptions beyond our control or by misuse of the site. Links to third-party sites are provided for information only and we are not responsible for their content.

6. Data protection

7. Governing law and jurisdiction

This legal notice is governed by Spanish law. If you contract as a business or professional, the parties submit, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply, to the Courts and Tribunals of Málaga (Spain), where CODELABS STUDIO, S.L. has its registered office. If you are a consumer, the competent court is the one set by the mandatory consumer protection rules, usually that of your place of residence, and the courts of Málaga only where the law allows it.
